I hired Le Chefs Cap Caterers for my husband's surprise birthday party. From the moment I made my initial enquiry I found Rachel to be extremely helpful and professional in her approach to planning the menu. I had decided that we would have ten to twelve different types of hors d'oeurves and Rachel ensured that the items complemented each other as well as being distinctly creative. On the night the food was not only delicious but stunningly presented. From the moment they walked through the doors they were extremely efficient and not only did they provide excellent catering service but managed the entire event with ease and professionalism. The staff's ability to provide friendly and professional service exceeded expectations as they developed a rapport with each and every guest. This is what differentiates them from previous catering services I have used in the past. Moreover, their dedication to the success of the evening was impressive. Le Chefs Cap has catered a number of boardroom lunches for Sulo MGB Australia Pty Ltd. Rachel has delivered these meals to our office at Somersby. The presentation of these meals, including quantity of servings and taste has been of the highest standard, without the added cost. La Chefs Cap recently catered my 40th birthday party. The menu was chosen from their vast and innovative range of finger foods. The catering was also handled in an extremely professional and very courteous manner from the day I made my first enquiry. Even to the point of suggesting that perhaps I may have arranged "a little too much food", which was absolutely true. Rachel's estimation was absolutely correct with a small amount of leftovers - perfect. Rachel's handling of the evening was fabulous - with a minimum of fuss, and my kitchen was spotless when they left.
